The vision for Visperud intends to visualize possible future scenarios for the industrial area in Lørenskog. Visperud has great potential as a logistics centre as one can reach 1.2 million people within a ratio of 25 km. Today the area consists of some larger companies within logistics.
The proposal illustrates two possible paths for a new logistics centre in Lørenskog. The first strategy is based on a grid focusing urban spaces, squares, parks combined with a variation of typologies. The second strategy is organized around green and blue ecological systems with large scale recreational facilities. Included in this scenario is industrial buildings situated as single structures in a larger landscape.
