The workshop building is proposed as an elongated volume, located in a south-north direction on the site between the existing administration building and the parking area. This creates a defined entrance to the Follo museum and a new outdoor space for museum activities. The project underlines the historical Norwegian “tun” as the organizing principle for the open-air museum.
